All residents dietary needs are catered for in St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Kenmare.  All the food is cooked in house in our large, purpose built kitchen. Options are given for every meal, and Residents can request other options if they so wish.

Residents can also have small fridges in their bedrooms, where they can keep snacks, and drinks. Nurses and Care assistants are always on hand, if a Resident requires assistance with maintaining their dietary needs.  We have a dietician service, which will provide assessment and information to residents who require it. Residents can eat in our large spacious dining room, or if they prefer they can have their meals in their bedrooms.

All our food is sourced locally, our beef and lamb is from local farmers. We have always believed in supporting the local economy where possible, and to give our residents the very best.

Daily Routine.

Breakfast, served in Dining or Bedroom.

11am Tea, coffee, drinks, snacks.

12-2pm Lunch.

3pm Tea, coffee, drinks, snacks.

5-6.30pm supper.

8pm Tea, coffee , drinks, snacks.

Night time, Tea, drinks on request.
